The Goldbach Group is a leading European advertising firm and part of the TX Group, the largest media corporation in Switzerland with further brands such as 20 Minuten, Ricardo, Tutti, Tages-Anzeiger, Doodle and Zattoo. We market and mediate advertising in private electronic media with a focus on online, video, digital TV, digital out of home (DOOH) and performance marketing in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. The team “Digital Advertising” is responsible for the digital transformation of the group as well as all product management and innovation efforts, the development of ad-tech solutions, and our technical and operational infrastructure. We are based in the heart of Zurich. 

(Senior) Analyst - Pricing & Yield (m/w) 80-100%


  • Shape and refine pricing strategies and tariff structures for all digital advertising products
  • Lead pricing related projects and drive the implementation of improvement measures across the organization
  • Implement a crucial dynamic pricing project and continuously improve the model together with our Data Scientists and Sales Directors
  • Analyze large data sets and deliver insightful conclusions and actionable recommendations for the top-management
  • Develop, support and maintain yield management and data models to help maximize advertising profits from programmatic and IO channels
  • Bring in know-how and new approaches from industries such as advertising, aviation, banking, travel, logistics or e-commerce

Experience and Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of experience in an equivalent position or as a consultant with a quantitative background 
  • BA/BS required, MA/MS preferred. Major in business, economics, finance, computer sciences or equivalent 
  • Experience in a digital business environment preferably also working with user or customer analytics
  • Creativity and vision: you have ideas how to create value through data, but you also know how to effectively test, implement and communicate them
  • Ideally, experience working with AdServer technologies such as DMPs, SSPs, Google Analytics is a plus 
  • Ideally, experience working with BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
  • English is a must, German a plus
